We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. This role focuses on expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and supporting customers across multiple printing and packaging segments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and revenue within the assigned territory across Flexo, Offset, Labels, Coating, Corrugated, and related markets
  • Identify, prospect, onboard, and acquire new customers to expand the customer base
  • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Provide basic technical support and coordinate with internal technical teams to address customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, identify gaps and improvement areas, and gather competitor insights to support sustainable business growth
  • Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and compliance in all business activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical qualification: Degree or Diploma, preferably in Printing Engineering
  • Minimum 2–3 years of technical sales experience in the packaging or printing industry
  • Strong understanding of different printing processes, with a focus on Flexographic printing (prepress, press, and post-press)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
